SUPPORT & COVERAGE

Warranty Information

Warranty terms vary by product. Check the exact listing and confirm any unclear coverage before relying on a warranty.

How warranty coverage works

Warranty coverage is product-specific. DJM Direct Service does not apply one blanket manufacturer warranty to every item in the catalog. Coverage can depend on the manufacturer, exact model or variant, whether the item is new, refurbished, ex-display or otherwise graded, the customer and intended use, the country where the product is sold or used, and the terms in force for that specific sale.

What you should confirm before purchase

Read the warranty information stated on the exact product listing and any order documentation. If U.S. warranty coverage is not clearly stated, contact us before ordering. Do not assume that a warranty offered in the United Kingdom, European Union or another market automatically transfers to a U.S. purchase.

Electrical and installation requirements

For powered equipment, follow the manufacturer requirements for the exact model, including voltage range, frequency, phase, amperage, circuit protection, connection type and installation instructions. Incorrect electrical supply, unsuitable installation, unauthorized modification or use outside documented limits may affect safety and may affect warranty eligibility.

What may affect a claim

Warranty decisions depend on the applicable terms for the product. Items such as normal wear, consumables, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, incorrect installation, overload, unauthorized repair or modification may not be covered where the applicable warranty excludes them. The exact warranty terms take priority over this general information.

How to request warranty support

Contact DJM Direct Service before arranging a repair, return or replacement. Include:

  • Order number
  • Product name, model or SKU
  • Serial number, when applicable
  • A clear description of the fault or issue
  • Photos or video when useful
  • Relevant installation and electrical-supply details for powered equipment
  • Any error codes, warning lights or diagnostic information

Do not dismantle, modify or arrange an unauthorized repair solely for the purpose of a warranty claim unless the applicable instructions allow it.

Parts, labor and transportation

Responsibility for diagnostic labor, parts, return transportation, freight, removal, reinstallation or local service varies by product and warranty provider. Obtain written instructions before incurring costs if you expect them to be covered.

Warranty and returns are different

A warranty claim concerns a covered defect or failure under the applicable warranty terms. A return request is governed by the Returns Policy and RMA process. Starting one process does not automatically establish eligibility under the other.

Legal rights

This page provides general warranty-process information and does not remove or limit any rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a product-specific written warranty conflicts with this general page, the applicable product-specific terms control to the extent permitted by law.
