Need us to check an order?
Enter the checkout email and your order or tracking number. This sends a verification request to DJM Direct Service; it does not display private order data immediately.
Tracking availability: A tracking link is only available when a fulfillment has been created and the carrier information has been added. Freight shipments may use milestone or appointment updates rather than frequent parcel scans.
