Workshop Racking & Organisation
Workshop shelving, racking, storage bins and organisation systems designed to keep tools, parts and consumables accessible and controlled.
Choosing workshop racking and organisation
- Bay dimensions: measure available wall, floor and aisle space before selecting bay width, depth and height.
- Load rating: check both per-shelf capacity and total bay capacity for the parts or equipment being stored.
- Shelf layout: adjustable shelf spacing is important when storing mixed bins, cases, fluids or bulky components.
- Floor and fixing: confirm floor condition and any wall or floor anchoring or stability requirements in the installation instructions.
- Access: allow sufficient aisle width for safe manual handling, trolleys and regularly accessed stock.
- Organisation: match bins, dividers and shelf formats to the size and turnover of parts and consumables.
- Assembly: check assembled size, component weight and the tools or number of people needed for installation.

Confirm the working range, load or output required for the job.
Check workshop space, access, reach and storage before ordering.
Verify voltage, air supply, installation and compatible equipment.
Plan parcel or freight receiving, unloading and shipment inspection.
