Reviews should help customers make informed decisions
DJM Direct Service does not publish an unsupported review count or copy ratings from another business. Reviews displayed on our store should originate from customers who interacted with this store and should be presented through a review system that records the source and status of the submission.
How feedback is handled
Customers may share feedback about product quality, ordering, communication, packaging, delivery, and after-sales support. Where a concern requires action, the support team may contact the reviewer to understand the issue and seek a resolution. A response or resolution does not require the customer to remove or change an honest review.
Review moderation
Submissions may be withheld only for reasons such as spam, personal information, abusive content, unrelated material, conflicts of interest, or content that cannot lawfully be published. A negative opinion alone is not a reason for removal.
