Delivery Information

Understand parcel delivery, oversized freight, access requirements, unloading, and shipment inspection.

Delivery methods vary according to product dimensions, weight, destination, inventory location, and carrier availability. Small items can travel by parcel carrier, while vehicle lifts and other heavy equipment commonly require freight delivery.

Before placing an order

  • Review product dimensions, packaged weight, and unloading requirements.
  • Provide a complete delivery address and a working phone number.
  • Tell us before ordering if access is restricted, residential, remote, gated, or unsuitable for a large truck.
  • Confirm whether you have a forklift, loading dock, or other unloading equipment when the product requires it.

Freight delivery

Oversized equipment is generally delivered curbside or to an accessible commercial receiving point unless a different service is stated in writing. Curbside service does not normally include moving equipment into a garage or building, assembly, installation, electrical work, anchoring, or disposal of packaging.

The carrier may contact the recipient to arrange a delivery window. Missed appointments, incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, storage, redelivery, liftgate service, or address changes can create additional charges where permitted. We will communicate known charges before collecting them whenever practicable.

Inspecting a shipment

Inspect the packaging and visible product condition before signing the delivery receipt. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s receipt, photograph the shipment, retain all packaging, and contact us promptly. Signing without noting visible damage can make a freight claim more difficult.

Delivery estimates

Any processing or transit estimate shown at checkout, on a product page, or in an order message is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Weather, carrier networks, freight appointments, access conditions, and other events outside our control can affect timing.
