Meta App Privacy Policy

DJM Direct Service ("we", "us", or "our") operates applications and integrations that may connect with services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., including the Meta Marketing API. This Privacy Policy explains how information accessed through those integrations is handled.
Information We May Process
When you authorize our Meta integration, we may process information made available through the permissions you grant. This can include Meta account identifiers, Facebook Page and Business identifiers, advertising account identifiers, campaign, ad set and ad information, advertising performance and insights data, and authorization information required to maintain the connection.
We do not ask for or collect your Facebook password.
How We Use Information
We use information obtained through Meta only to provide requested advertising-related functionality, such as connecting authorized accounts, viewing and analyzing advertising performance, managing campaigns or advertising assets when authorized, generating reports, troubleshooting integrations, maintaining security, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell information obtained through Meta. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the integration, with Meta as necessary for the functionality of Meta services, when required by law, or to protect the security and rights of our users, business, or others. Service providers are expected to process information only for the purposes for which it is provided.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain legitimate business and security records, or meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your Choices and Data Deletion
You can revoke permissions granted to our Meta integration through your Facebook or Meta account settings. You can also request deletion of information associated with your use of our Meta integration by contacting us at Info@djmdirectservice.com. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or integration. After a valid request, we will delete or anonymize applicable information unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
Third-Party Services
Meta services are governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policies. This policy applies to information processed by DJM Direct Service and does not control Meta's independent processing practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
